Ladyfield: A 21st Century Village

The development of a masterplan for the Ladyfield site marks a further important milestone in the evolution of The Crichton Quarter into an integrated, nationally significant sustainable 21st Century Village. Following a comprehensive master planning process, The Ladyfield Masterplan and associated technical studies was submitted to Dumfries and Galloway Council in February 2023 for consideration by the Economy and Resources Committee.

The Masterplan can be viewed below.

The Crichton Trust and partners would like to thank members of the public, community groups, partners, stakeholders and funders for their engagement, interest and contributions.
